William L. Babel Scholarship Fund

The William L. Babel Scholarship was established to benefit an outstanding student with the specific objective of allowing an accomplished student with unmet financial need complete their education.
Recipients must be in the Regiment of Cadets and pursuing a U.S. Coast Guard License. They must be in good regimental standing, maintain at least a 2.5 GPA, and enrolled as a full time student. The recipient must also be a U.S. Citizen.
