Student must be a Naval Architect or Marine Engineering Major
Student must be in the Regiment and pursuing a license.
2nd or 1st Clansmen
Award is renewable for up to four semesters
Preferably a student with a GPA of 2.7 or above
Preferably a student who has a leadership role in a marine industry professional organization
